Tube Mills

Tube Mills are systems that used for the production of metal pipes. The process in a tube machine usually includes the following steps:

Sheet Metal Unwinding: The sheet metal coil is fed into the unwinding wind. The sheet metal is unrolled and guided through the following stages.

Forming: The sheet is passed through a series of forming rollers, which gradually form it into a cylindrical form. Rollers can have different profiles and diameters to achieve the desired pipe shape and dimensions.

Welding: After the sheet is formed into a tube, the edges are brought together and welded with a special welding and shaving system.

Pipe Calibration : After welding, the pipe is passed through an additional forming roller to ensure its exact dimensions.

Cutting: Pipes are cut to various lengths as per required specifications. This is achieved with an automatic saw with a cutting disc, which moves at the same speed as the pipe machine.

Pipe Collection: Final stage in a pipe machine, is the system for collecting the cut pipes. There they are automatically transported by transport systems and the final packaging takes place.
