This roll forming machine was manufactured to automatically produce profiles for solar water heater mounting bases. It features the appropriate hydraulic presses and molds, allowing the final product to be produced directly. It consists of a decoiler and an automatic rejection system for the profiles. The dimensional adjustment of the profiles can be configured through the touch screen interface, and the machine can automatically adapt to the selected lengths. This type of roll forming machine can be used to automatically produce profiles up to 2mm with all the necessary perforations required, such as bases for solar collectors, vineyard posts, filter frames and many more.
