Roll Forming Machines

Roll forming machines are used for the production of metal profiles from sheet metal. The process involves feeding a coil of sheet metal into the decoiler, which then passes through a series of shaping rolls. Each shaping stage is equipped with a set of rolls that gradually form the sheet metal according to the desired profile.

Roll forming machines are commonly used in various industries, including construction, agriculture, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). They are typically used for manufacturing profiles such as photovoltaic mounting bases, garage door tracks, angles, gutter profiles, drywall profiles, vineyard posts, and various other profiles. These machines can be fully automated and include functions like cutting, punching, and collecting the produced profiles. Machine parameters, such as speed, shaping rolls, and punching and cutting points, can be adjusted to produce different profiles and meet specific production requirements.
