Solar energy is a renewable and sustainable source of energy that harnesses the sun’s rays to produce electricity or water heating. Through our continuous involvement in the industry, we have gained expertise in constructing even the most complex machine.

More specifically, our machines cover various production processes, including plasma cutting of sheet metal, longitudinal welding of the rolled body, circumferential welding of the casing and caps to the body, forming the outer casing with hydraulic necking machines, pressing the outer casing to the main body using hydraulic presses, welding of the fittings, and leak testing of the solar water heater. Additionally, we have developed machines designed for shaping the outer tank of the water heaters. The production processes they cover, among others, include sheet metal bending followed by automatic clamping of the edges, necking the edges of the outer tank, shaping the caps of the outer tank, and filling the solar water heater with polyurethane.
